<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate document application reception/issuing system for linking data by bar code. <P>SOLUTION: An application terminal includes a means for receiving application data, transmitting them to an application creation server, receiving application electronic data added by bar code information corresponding to an application content of the application data from the application creation server, and printing them. A counter terminal includes a means for reading the bar code information from the printed matter an applicant has submitted and transmitting corresponding application data to the application reception system. The application reception system includes a means which registers the application data received from the counter terminal to the application reception database, searches for basic data about certificate documents, such as a certificate of residence, a certificate verifying registration of applicant's seal impression, a copy and an abstract of applicant's family register, corresponding to the applicant written in the application data, registers a result of examination to the effect that issuing of a certificate is approved to the application reception database when the applicant is registered to the basic database, and prints the certificate corresponding to the application contents from a certificate issuing terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
