<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite ceramic powder which is excellent in distribution properties at nanometer level of oxide particles and composition controllability. <P>SOLUTION: The composite ceramic powder includes at least an oxide represented by A<SB>1-x</SB>B<SB>x</SB>C<SB>1-y</SB>D<SB>y</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(wherein A is one or two elements selected from the group consisting of La and Sm; B is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Sr, Ca and Ba; C is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Co, Ga and Mn; D is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Fe, Mg and Ni; 0.1≤x≤0.5; and 0≤y≤1.0) or nickel oxide and zirconia in which a metal ion is dissolved as a solid solution and the oxygen ion conductivity is given, and is made by heat-treating the precipitate in which one or more kinds of ions or nickel ion and metal ions selected from the group consisting of A, B, C and D which compose the A<SB>1-x</SB>B<SB>x</SB>C<SB>1-y</SB>D<SB>y</SB>O<SB>3</SB>are coprecipitated along with a basic zirconium carbonate complex at a temperature of 200°C or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
