<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visualize the sound propagation state of a sound emitted in an acoustic space. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sound/light converters each including a light emitting section, a microphone, and a light emission control section which samples and holds an instantaneous value of an output signal of the microphone by synchronizing it with a strobe signal, and makes the light emitting section emit light with luminance according to an instantaneous value which is sampled and held are prepared. The plurality of sound/light converters are arranged at different positions in the acoustic space, respectively. A strobe signal generator connected to each of the sound/light converters generates a pulse of a longer period than a vibration period of a sound to be visualized, and the pulse is given to each sound/light converter as the strobe signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
