<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform granulation and convey a garanular material even without a conveying means, to obtain a granular material whose shape is stable, and to easily produce a desired granular material. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of rotary shafts 8, 9 on outer peripheral surfaces of which projection members 10, 11 are erected are accommodated in a granulating part housing 22 having an injection port 41 into which granules to be made are injected at one end and a discharge port 42 through which the generated granular materials are discharged at the other end, the granulating part housing 22 has support members 23-29 that are slantly disposed so as to allow the side of the discharge port 42 to be higher, the granules to be made injected from the injected port 41 are kneaded with the projection members 10, 11, the generated granular material while it is grown is being conveyed in the direction of the discharge port 42 inside the granulating part housing 22, the granular material that is grown in a predetermined size or more is preferentially discharged from the discharge port 42.
