<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible sensor capable of improving the detection accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible sensor includes a coil section 2 for detecting a physical quantity of a detection object with no contact; and a connection mechanism 3 which has a first fitting section 11 to which one end 2a of the coil section 2 is connected, a second fitting section 12 to which the other end 2b of the coil section 2 is connected and which can be fitted with the first fitting section 11; and a separation regulation section 13 for regulating separation of the fitting sections 11 and 12 fitted with each other and for canceling regulation of separation, and which connects both ends 2a and 2b of the coil section 2. At the second fitting section 12, an annular groove part 12b dented in a direction perpendicular to the X direction in which the second fitting section 12 is fitted with the first fitting section 11, is formed. The separation regulation section 13 performs regulation of separation of the fitting sections 11 and 12 and cancellation of the regulation by moving an engaging projection 35 engageable with the annular groove part 12b along a plane P1 perpendicular to the X direction and performing engagement of the annular groove part 12b with the engaging projection 35 and cancellation of the engagement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
