<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device that facilitates installation of bypass diodes. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device includes: a photoelectric conversion module 202 formed by connecting divided photoelectric conversion cells in series, and a bypass diode film 204 having bypass diodes 44, each comprising a laminate of at least a (p) layer and an (n) layer, formed on a surface.
