<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely carry out work of suspending and moving shape steel without excessive labor before and after, and without deteriorating mechanical characteristics of the suspended and moved shape steel. <P>SOLUTION: One ends 3aa, 3ba of links 3a, 3b are attached to freely move along long holes 2b, 2c of a body 2, and other ends 3ab, 3bb are rotatably attached to a shackle 5. One end 7aa, 7ba of middle links 7a, 7b are attached to a center part of the body 2, and other ends 7ab, 7bb are rotatably attached to a center part of the links 3a, 3b. Movable arms 10a, 10b are attached to the one ends 3aa, 3ba. One end 12a of an opening lever 12 is rotatably attached coaxially with the other end 7ab, and a long hole 12c guiding movement of the other end 7bb is provided in a side of another end 12b. A base end 13a of an opening adjustment lever 13 is attached to a one end upper part of the body 2, a tip side 13b is rotated by self weight at suspension, and it is fitted into a one end side of the body 2 of one movable arm 10a.
