摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of preventing short circuit and poor connection between terminals via anisotropic conductive materials, to provide an electrooptical device consisting of the mounting structure and a mounting component used for the mounting structure, and to provide a method of manufacturing the mounting structure. SOLUTION: With respect to the mounting structure 200, the mounting component 2, and the method for manufacturing the mounting structure 200, when the mounting component 2 is mounted on a substrate 1 via anisotropic conductive materials 40, an insulating film 25, exposing the tops 22a of terminals 22 while covering the sides 22b, 22c of terminals 22, is formed on terminals 22 of the mounting component 2. Accordingly, even when a plurality of conductive particles 4 of anisotropic conductive materials 40 are interposed between neighboring terminals 22, a problem that the short circuit occurs between neighboring terminals 22 can be surely avoided. Terminals 22 are surely and electrically connected to the substrate 1 via anisotropic conductive materials 40, because the tops 22a of terminals 22 are exposed from the insulating film 25.
