PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant air conditioning device capable of effectively exerting dehumidifying capacity of a desiccant rotor by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This desiccant air conditioning device 1 includes an inlet passage 11 for introducing air SA from an outdoor area to an indoor area, an outlet passage 12 for discharging air RA from the indoor area to the outdoor area, the desiccant rotor 2 dehumidifying the air SA flowing through the inlet passage 11 by absorbing moisture from the air SA, and also regenerating dehumidifying capacity by releasing moisture into the air RA flowing through the outlet passage 12, a heat exchanger 3 for heating the air RA in the outlet passage 12, and a sensible-heat heat exchanger 4 exchanging heat between the air SA flowing in the inlet passage 11 and the air RA flowing in the outlet passage 12. In the desiccant rotor 2, two of a first dehumidification region 2a and a second dehumidification region 2b in which the air in the inlet passage 11 passes, and two of a first regeneration region 2c and a second regeneration region 2d in which the air Ra in the outlet passage 12 passes, are alternately formed.
