PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a density sensor capable of enhancing the detection precision of density by suppressing the detection of light by the unexpected reflection route of a light detection element. SOLUTION: The density sensor includes the light detection element 20 held to a substrate 10 through a holding case 50 and electrically connected to the substrate 10 by the lead terminal 64 led out of the base 23 to irradiate a density measuring target with irradiation light, and the regular reflected light detection element and diffused reflected light detection element held to the substrate 10 through the holding case 50 and electrically connected to the substrate 10 by the lead terminal 64 led out of the base to detect the reflected light by the density measuring target of the irradiation light. The lead terminal 64 includes a slope 64d sloped in a direction wherein the reflected light of the light arriving toward the lead terminal 64 from the light detection element 20 turns aside from the bases of both light detection elements.
