PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable constant electric power supply system for a slide door so that a spanning section of a wire harness may not interfere with a wall section of a door trim when the slide door is opened and closed. SOLUTION: This constant electric power supply system for a slide door includes a door-side affixation part for electric power supply provided with a body section mounted to a door trim, a leg member having one end attached to the body section and a door-side affixation section which is attached to the other end of the leg member and to which a door-side end of the spanning section of the wire harness is affixed, a vehicle body-side affixation part for electric power supply attached to the vehicle body side and having a vehicle body-side end of the spanning section affixed thereto, and the wire harness for supplying electric power from the vehicle body side to the door side.
