<p>Disclosed is a blood glucose measurement means that suppresses PAM from affecting measured values, and that suppresses dissolved oxygen and other sugars such as maltose from affecting measured values by means of a measurement system of a reagent containing FAD-GDH and potassium ferricyanide. A biosensor (11) is provided with a first electrode (24), a second electrode (26), a space (40), and a reagent. The reagent contains at least potassium ferricyanide and glucose dehydrogenase with a flavin compound as a coenzyme. Each component of the reagent is applied to at least one of the first electrode (24) and the second electrode (26). A blood glucose measurement device (10) measures the amperage arising between the first electrode (24) and the second electrode (26) when a voltage of no more than 200 mV is applied for a certain period of time between the first electrode (24) and the second electrode (26).</p> |
