The present invention relates to a mesh having biodegradable portions for treating urinary incontinence. The mesh has biodegradable portions designed to degrade naturally with bodily fluids following surgery. The biodegradable portions are coupled to two side parts of the mesh to secure the urinary tract and provide a means for preventing damage to external surfaces of tissues by maintaining the whole shape with the mesh openings on the two sides of the mesh structure, and maximize satisfaction of the surgical procedure by adjusting the elastic force of supporting the urinary tract to minimize discomfort in the human body.
