<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting an ink composition by which suitability of the ink composition to an ejection head can be judged. <P>SOLUTION: The method for inspecting the ink composition which is ejected from an inkjet system recording head has a process for measuring viscosity of the ink composition at 20°C, a process for forming a cylindrical part by stretching the ink composition so that a surface parallel to a stretching direction becomes a free surface and for measuring a change rate S of width in a direction vertical to the stretching direction of the cylindrical part to time and a process for describing the change rate S to time t (second) in a form of formula (1): S=-at<SP>2</SP>-bt+c by fitting to a quadratic function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
