<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of retaining sealing performance and stabilized electrical connection for a photoelectric element, and to efface a seam between devices when a plurality of devices are adjacently arranged. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device 1 includes: a substrate 2; the photoelectric conversion element 3 providing a first electrode 31, a second electrode 32, and an organic compound layer 33; and a sealing member 4 arranged in this order. When a thickness-direction cross section of the photoelectric conversion device 1 is viewed with the sealing member 4 above; an adhesion member 7 is sealed outside the organic compound layer 33; extraction electrodes 51, 52 on the sealing member 4 have protruded parts 51a, 52a; a side-surface conductive part 6 is electrically connected with the protruded parts 51a, 52a in a vertical direction; substrate conductive parts 91, 92 electrically connected with the first electrode 31 and the second electrode 32 are extended to an outside of the adhesion member 7; and electrical connection members 81, 82 electrically connecting the side-surface conductive parts 61, 62 to the substrate conductive parts 91, 92 at a further outside than the adhesion member 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
