<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time-width measuring device capable of improving resolution at time duration measurements. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a reference clock generation source (2) for generating a clock signal with a known clock frequency; a deserializer (3) for performing serial/parallel conversion of a digital signal acquired by sampling a signal to be measured based on the clock signal, and output of a parallel signal having a prescribed number of bits; a memory (4) for storing the parallel signal output from the deserializer; and an calculation circuit (5) for calculating the duration included in the signal to be measured based on the parallel signal stored in the memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
