PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device incorporating an optical filter improved in external light visibility.

SOLUTION: Provided are an optical filter and an organic light emitting device incorporating it, Each optical filter includes: an optical allochroic layer; a polarizer film; a phase difference film; and a colored adhesive layer. The optical allochroic layer contains a first dye selectively absorbing the first light of 460 to 540 nm of wavelength, and a second dye selectively absorbing the second light of 560 to 665 nm of wavelength. The colored adhesive layer contains a light absorbing material selectively absorbing the first light and the second light.
