PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To moderately adjust an imaging object distance in accordance with a manipulated variable. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus for measurement includes: a housing; an imaging device (132) fixed in the housing and picking up an image made incident on an imaging surface; a lens part (131) including a lens where a range of an imaging object made incident on the imaging device changes in accordance with a distance of the imaging device and guiding incident light to the imaging device; and an adjustment mechanism moving the lens part in an optical axis direction of the incident light. The adjustment mechanism includes a slider part (162) movable in a second direction, an adjustment part (163) fixed in the housing and changing the position of the slider part; and conversion mechanism (161, 1621 and 1622) movably guiding the slider part in the second direction and changing the distance of the imaging device by moving the lens part in the optical axis direction in accordance with the change of the position of the slider part by the adjustment part. The conversion mechanism defines the distance of the imaging device in accordance with the position of the slider part so that relation between the change of the position of the slider part and the change of the distance of the imaging object may be linear.
