PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure adhesiveness of a liquid, in a quantitative and accurate way. SOLUTION: A liquid adhesion measuring device measures the adhesiveness of a liquid with respect to a sheet-like evaluation surface 90A of an object 80; the object 80 is mounted on a base 20, the liquid is held using a measuring tool 50 between it and a sheet-like parent liquid level 52A that is substantially parallel to the evaluation surface 80A of the object 80 and has wettability larger than that of the evaluation surface 80A; and the base 20 and measuring tool 50 are relatively moved in this state; and thereby a force-measuring mechanism 40 measures the tensile force acting between the evaluation surface 80A and the parent liquid level 52A.
