PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the degree of activities of people staying in a certain region. SOLUTION: A control part 41 of a server device 4 stores collected data received from a plurality of communication terminals as a collected data group 421 along with reception times. The control part 41 acquires positional information from the respective collected data to identify communication terminals existing in a certain region, and acquires acceleration information included in the collected data of the communication terminals existing in the region when the number thereof exceeds a threshold. The control part 41 calculates statistics on a region basis using the pieces of acceleration information thereof. When the statistics are calculated on a region basis, the control part 41 outputs the statistics to a communication part 43 by being related to the regions. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
