PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a load test in a control device having a memory. SOLUTION: The control device includes a verification address selection part 101 for selecting a verification address related to a memory, an error generation part 102 for generating an error by memory access for the verification address, a slot information acquisition part 103 for acquiring slot information concerning a slot of the memory to which a verification address related to the error is assigned based on error response information created for the generated error, a mapping information creation part 104 for creating mapping information by making a logical address corresponding to the verification address associated with the slot information based on the acquired slot information, and an access execution part 105 for accessing a logical address related to the memory to be tested based on the mapping information.
