PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methodology for authorizing, routing and conveying transmission under controlled circumstances in order to meet requirements that have been desired. SOLUTION: The method of collecting and conveying transmission includes: a step of routing a set of digit dialed by a source to a platform; a step of determining whether the digit shows a destination, an event trigger or contents to be stored and forwarded; and a step of operating based on the determination.
