PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an immediate short circuit of a connector as much as possible by a relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A second connector 23 includes first electrode parts 42A, 43A facing to a first connector 13 and second electrode parts 46A, 47A electrically connected to a vehicle power source, the first electrode parts 42A, 43A are projected from the second connector 23, and the second electrode 46A, 47A are built-in in the second connector 23. In the non-insertion state of a stay member 11, the first electrode parts 42A, 43A and the second electrode parts 46A, 47A are retained in the leaving state such that energization is not performed, and in the insertion state of the stay member 11, by the connecting the first connector 13 to the second connector 23, the first electrode parts 42A, 43A are brought into contact with the second electrode parts 46A, 47A to make an electrical equipment member in the energization state.
