PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a potential store name, among store names appearing in an input sentence, correspond to a record in a preliminarily prepared store database. SOLUTION: By a store name candidate extraction part 6, a word whose notation matches the store name in a store name list 2 is extracted from a processed input sentence, and position information or the like in the processed input sentence is defined as a store name candidate together with the notation of the word. By a store name determination part 8, it is determined whether the store name candidate is a store name using a store likelihood DB 3, and only the store name candidate determined as a store name is defined as a determined store name. By an ambiguity dissolving part 10, it is determined to which record in a store DB 1 the determined store name corresponds, using the store DB 1 and a feature word DB 4 from a restriction word or a feature word corresponding to a store attribute value in the store DB 1 appearing near the determined store name in the processed input sentence, and at least the record ID of the corresponding record in the store DB 1 is output together with the store name.
