PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably keep the interior of a tank body in an inert atmosphere without affecting the mountability on a vehicle and without requiring energy consumption which deteriorates fuel economy. SOLUTION: A breather 2 at the top of the tank body 1 opens to the atmosphere through a carbon dioxide permeable membrane 3. An inert gas, which contains a large amount of carbon dioxide having passed through the carbon dioxide permeable membrane 3 due to a negative pressure caused by the reduction of a fuel F in the tank body 1, is taken into the tank body 1.
