PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly integrate a steel member with a concrete member. SOLUTION: The vicinities of the upper edge and lower edge of a steel web 13 connecting an upper floor slab and a lower floor slab made of concrete are made embedded parts 13a, 13b embedded in concrete and provided with a plurality of through holes respectively. A slip preventive member 23 formed beforehand is inserted through each of the through holes in the projecting state of both ends so as to come in contact with or to have a slight clearance to the inner peripheral surface of the through hole. The slip preventive member is formed of material higher in strength than concrete for the floor slab. For example, material made of high strength concrete (mortar) or fiber reinforced concrete (mortar), a member obtained by covering the outer peripheral surface of a cylinder body formed of high strength concrete (mortar), with a steel pipe, or the like is used for the slip preventive member. Prestress can be axially introduced into these slip preventive members.
