PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device advantageous in space and reducing cost as compared with the past. SOLUTION: A dusty side construction wall 22a of an air cleaner 20 and/or an air cleaner side end of an inlet duct 30 is provided with a plurality of holes 50 for shifting the frequency of low frequency booming noise to a high frequency side. As the frequency of low frequency booming noise is shifted to the high frequency side, even when a muffler is required, a necessary volume required for the muffler is small and is advantageous in space. Further, this requires only providing the plurality of holes 50 and requires no separate member, and therefore the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where a separate member is required.
