The member has a body (1) and a helical spring (2) i.e. helical compression spring, resting against a lateral surface of an insert (4) made of a resilient material such as plastic material while applying radial bias voltage. The helical spring whose adjacent turns are spaced to each other in axial direction. Windings of the helical spring are received in sections at the lateral surface of the insert, where the windings of the helical spring and a circulating groove (6) of the insert exhibit a gear difference. The insert comprises a porous material i.e. foam material, and magnetic particles.
