<p>Provided is a fluorescence imaging device that can set a threshold for distinguishing a specified region from other regions according to a ratio of fluorescent image signal strength to reference light image signal strength, which differs for each subject. The disclosed fluorescence imaging device (1) is equipped with a light source device (17) that generates reference and excitation light, a fluorescent image generation unit (30) that generates a fluorescent image through the emission of excitation light, a white light image generation unit (29) that generates a white light image through the emission of reference light, a fluorescent image correction unit (31) that divides the signal strength of each pixel in the fluorescent image by the signal strength of each pixel in the white light image to generate a corrected fluorescent image, a feature value acquisition unit (33) that extracts the feature values of the corrected fluorescent image, a threshold setting unit (38) that uses a history of feature values extracted by the feature value acquisition unit (33) and determines the threshold that specifies the specified region of the corrected fluorescent image, and a pseudo-colour image generation unit (37) that distinguishes the specified region from the other regions of the corrected fluorescent image on the basis of said threshold.</p> |
