<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, along with a program, capable of increasing the number of sales of target merchandise of a sales promotion plan that a maker intends to sell. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes: an application unit 25 which applies a privilege to a member under such conditions that target merchandise is purchased; and a provision part 26 which provides sales promotion information related to the sales promotion plan to a specific member extracted under the prescribed conditions from among the members. The application unit 25 is configured to determine whether the privilege is related to the sales promotion information, and to apply the privilege determined to be related to the sales promotion information to the specific member, so that it is possible to apply the privilege related to the sales promotion information by limiting to the specific member.
