<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set freely a processing sequence which is necessary for measuring individual portion in detail, corresponding to the shape of an object, a purpose of processing or the like, and to heighten operability for setting. <P>SOLUTION: A designated operation accepting unit 106 accepts: an operation for generating an image showing the whole shape of the object by using a model data storage unit 103, displaying a setting screen including the image, capable of selecting a processing item, and setting a processing sequence for common processing; an operation for setting a processing sequence for processing classified by section; and an operation for designating a processing object section for the processing classified by section. The processing sequence for the common processing includes a processing item for defining execution of the processing classified by section, and processing sequences for the common processing and for the processing classified by section are registered in association with each other through the item.
