PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging device which can take tomographic images of two or more parts of a subject's eye that is an examination object by an easy operation.

SOLUTION: The optical tomographic imaging device which takes the tomographic images of the examination object according to the strength of an interfering signal includes: a lighting position control means that controls the movement of the lighting position of a fixation lamp for the subject's eye to gaze from a light position for a first observation site to a lighting position for a second observation site; and an optical path length controlling means that controls a reference optical path adjustment means that adjusts the optical path length of a reference optical path to adjust the optical path length of the reference optical path corresponding to the second observation site based on the movement distance of the lighting position of the fixation lamp.
