<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection cable and a connection device endowed with a cable wrong-connection preventing function. <P>SOLUTION: The connection device for connecting between at least two of nodes, respectively includes a cable for forming a plurality of signal transmission paths between two nodes; two connection node display sections which are arranged on both end sections of the cable and display a node of a connection site of the cable; and display controlling sections which are arranged on each of the nodes and supply a driving signal for displaying the node in the connection node display section. The signal transmission path includes a pair of signal lines and a grounding line; one of the connection node display sections includes a display element connected between the other signal lines and the grounding line; the other one of the connection node display sections includes a display element connected between the other signal line and the signal line; and the display control section supplies a drive signal to a pair of the signal lines of the signal transmission paths out of the plurality of the signal transmission paths which corresponds to an identification information, assigned beforehand, to the node. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
