PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label issuing device capable of making a consumer decide the purchase of a commodity while considering not only a price of the commodity but also an emission amount of the greenhouse gas of the commodity. SOLUTION: The label issuing device 1 includes a derivation part 14 and a label issuing part 13, and issues a label L of the commodity. The derivation part 14 derives the price and the commodity and the emission amount of the greenhouse gas of the commodity. The label issuing part 13 issues the label L.
