PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect positioning data having large measurement errors on the basis of positioning data obtained from positioning satellites such as GPS. SOLUTION: A continuous solution grouping part 110 groups GPS positioning data at each point of time for each continuous solution. A preceding/subsequent solution extraction part 121 extracts preceding/subsequent solutions on the basis of the GPS positioning data at each point of time. A rejection candidate extraction part 122 determines a continuous solution of a rejection candidate on the basis of the number of FIX satellites of the preceding/subsequent solutions. A rejection candidate presentation part 130 presents a continuous solution of the rejection candidate to a user. A rejection candidate rejection part 140 rejects a rejection continuous solution designated by the user.
