摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of preventing deformation of a wound body. SOLUTION: The battery pack 10 is provided with an element battery 1, a pack component member 2, and a cover member 3. The element battery 1 includes a wound body 11 and a positive electrode can 14. The wound body 11 is made of a structure in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode are wound around via a separator, and is housed in the positive electrode can 14. The pack component member 2 includes a protection circuit 21 and is arranged at the upper part of a lid 15 of the element battery 1. The cover member 3 is arranged at the bottom face 14A of the positive electrode can 14 and is made of a polyamide system resin. The bottom face 14A of the positive electrode can 14 has substantially identical thickness as the thickness of the side face 14B. The dimension of the wound body 11, in a direction going from the bottom face 14A toward the lid 15, is made larger corresponding to that portion the bottom face 14A of the positive electrode can 14 becomes thinner.
