Disclosed is a hydroculture pot that can store an optimum amount of water such that the water level is appropriate to the depth of the roots. A pot for the cultivation of plants in soil, which has a supply and drainage aperture (102) for water (16) in the base (101) thereof, is used and a partitioning wall (12) is provided at the inner circumferential surface of the main body of the pot (10), whereby said partitioning wall partitions said main body of the pot (10) vertically and in a watertight state such that the optimum level of water (16) is stored to create the appropriate water level (16) for the root depth (T1) of a Chlorophytum comosum (15). The inside of the main body of the pot (10) is then filled with hydroculture soil (14) and an optimum amount of water (16) is stored in said main body of the pot (10) such that a water level (161) appropriate to the root depth (T1) of the Chlorophytum comosum (15) is the maximum level. |
