<p>A solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization is produced by causing (a) a solid component that includes magnesium, titanium, a halogen,and an electron donor, (b) an aminosilane compound shown by the following general formula (1), and (c) at least one organosilicon compound selected from an organosilicon compound shown by the following general formulaand an organosilicon compound shown by the following general formulato come in contact with each other.
