摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oxide particles with electrical conductivity imparted thereto, which are obtained by a method different from a conventional method. <P>SOLUTION: This method for increasing the electrical conductivity of oxide particles includes heating the oxide particles containing at least one kind of metal element (including metalloid element) selected from the elements of groups 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A, 8, 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B and 5B of the long periodic table and a urea compound.
