RELAY SERVER DEVICE, SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR CHARGING OF ELECTRONIC MONEY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charging of electronic money from a portable terminal without modifying a financial institution system.

SOLUTION: The relay server device 500 for charging of electronic money includes: a portable terminal 100 which transmits a charging request; a financial institution system 300 which secures funds in response to the charging request; a communication unit 501 which transmits and receives information to/from an electronic money agent system 400 which issues a value corresponding to the funds; a conversion unit 505 which converts a part or all of information to be transmitted from the communication unit 501 to the financial institution system 300 to a format to be processed in the system 300; and a control unit 503 which controls the communication unit 501 and the conversion unit 505.
