PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire vulcanizing mold which can prevent the breakage of a gypsum mold and the falling-out of a blade for sipes from the gypsum mold by simple processing and can repeatedly use a member used for preventing the breakage and falling-out. SOLUTION: In a process for producing the gypsum mold, the blade 1 for sipes with a metal wire material which is attached by twisting together the metal wire material 3 inserted into a through-hole 2a formed in the blade 1 for sipes, the whole metal wire material 3 is exposed to the surface of a rubber mold 4 to be in a state in which planting is carried out at a prescribed position of the surface of the rubber mold 4, and gypsum P is cast on the surface of the rubber mold 4 to produce the gypsum mold. Next, after the mold with the surface shape of the gypsum mold transferred is cast by casting a molten metal on the surface of the gypsum mold, the metal wire material 3 is removed from the blade 1 for sipes by solving the twisting.
