PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer belt for achieving an electrophotographic device that has flexibility and high toner releasability, achieves high transfer rate regardless of a transfer medium, and has high durability and high image quality kept for a long time. SOLUTION: The intermediate transfer belt is used for the electrophotographic device. Spherical resin particles are arranged in the plane direction on a surface of the intermediate transfer belt to an uneven shape, and a region exposed to the gap between the particles undergoes physical treatment.
