PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure locking/unlocking operation even if a time deviation arises. SOLUTION: This card lock system includes an information reading-writing part 21 reading and writing various information from and into a guest card 30; a clock part 24 clocking the present date and time; and an electric lock control part 22 collating room use information read in the first unlocking operation within a room use period, with the present time clocked by the clock part 24 to discriminate whether a time lag is within a preset range of time lag discrimination information for discriminating the time deviation. In the case of the occurrence of a time lag beyond the range of time lag discrimination information, the electric lock control part 22 writes an abnormality flag ON signal for switching on a time abnormality flag of the guest card 30, into the guest card 30 through the information reading-writing part 21, and starts counting by the clock part 24 based on the use period count value of the guest card 30.
