PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive paste composition for forming a transparent conductive film having satisfactory surface characteristics and both satisfactory conductivity and transparency when applied to a substrate by printing. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive paste composition includes: transparent conductive particles; a binder resin; and an organic solvent. The organic solvent includes a terpene-based solvent and a ketone-based solvent, and content of the transparent conductive particles is 80-99 wt.% within a solid content of the transparent conductive paste composition.
