PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device capable of improving strength of a metal frame, and to provide an electronic apparatus with the electrooptical device. SOLUTION: In the metal frame 92 used for the electrooptical device 100, all edges 927 are turned to be edges with a bend in which the bend 927x whose inner surfaces facing each other is continuously formed and, at the same time, all angle parts 928 are turned to be angle parts with a bend in which the bend 928x, inner surfaces themselves of the bend facing each other, is formed in connection with the bend 927x. Accordingly, although the metal frame 92 is constituted with thin metal sheet, the metal frame has an extremely high strength. The metal frame 92 is formed as a frame 9 (composite component) integrated with a resin frame 91 (resin part) according to an insertion molding and the resin frame 91 is disposed on the inner side of the metal frame 92.
