The present invention provides a portable algae measuring device including: a bag type case of which the outside of a bag type case is provided with a power input terminal for charging; an algae measuring member provided in the bag type case, and having a first communication section for transmitting algae measurement data and a first battery; a terminal provided in the bag type case, and having a second communication section for receiving the algae measurement data from the first communication section, a monitor section for displaying the algae measurement data and a second battery; and a circuit board section provided in the bag type case, and having a power supply portion to be supplied with power from the power input terminal, and a first charging portion and a second charging portion for converting the supplied power to first DC power and second DC power so as to supply the same to the first battery and the second battery. According to the portable algae measuring device, the algae measuring member and the terminal are incorporated in the bag type case so as to communicate to each other. Therefore, it is possible to treat and monitor the algae measurement data at the site in real time as well as to provide measurement data with accuracy and reliability. In addition, it is possible to charge the algae measuring member and the terminal once by means of the power input terminal positioned outside the bag type case.
