METHOD FOR WINDING CARBON FIBER YARNS ON ANNULAR MANDREL AND THE DEVICE THEREOF

A method for winding carbon fiber yarns on an annular mandrel, includes making yarn bobbins (8), positioning the annular mandrel (4), rotating the annular mandrel and winding the yarns. A device used for the method is also disclosed, which includes a horizontal workstation and a vertical workstation. The annular mandrel is positioned in the vertical workstation. On the horizontal workstation is provided left and right turning tables, which are used for winding carbon fiber yarns on left and right sides of the mandrel. The method and the device can improve the production efficiency, and can produce a carbon fiber reinforced mandrel with yarn winding uniformity and size stability.
