<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an appearance recognition rate of a semiconductor light-emitting element by an optical system. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element includes: a metallic reflective layer formed at a second primary surface side of the semiconductor laminated part and reflecting light generated by a light-emitting part to a first primary surface side through a light takeout surface of the semiconductor laminated part including the light-emitting part and the first primary surface side of the semiconductor laminated part; an ohmic contact junction disposed at a part between the semiconductor laminated part and the metallic reflective layer, and joining the ohmic contact junction to the semiconductor laminated part; and a reflection preventing film for preventing the reflection of external irradiating light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
