<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-wavelength-band photodetector array that is lightweight and highly reliable, and has sensitivity in a wide wavelength band from ultraviolet rays to infrared rays. <P>SOLUTION: A readout IC (ROIC) and an ultraviolet or blue light-receiving element are formed on silicon sapphire (SOS), a red and infrared light-receiving element is formed on a compound semiconductor substrate, and electrodes of the both are stuck together. Outputs of a plurality of photodetectors on the same optical path corresponding to different wavelengths are detected independently and simultaneously to acquire spectrum information without a position shift or time shift. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
