<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery which is of high capacity and is suitable for charge and discharge cycle characteristics and can restrain battery swelling. <P>SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous secondary battery including a cathode, an anode, and nonaqueous electrolyte, the cathode includes a cathode collector, and a cathode active material-containing layer containing lithium-containing transition metal oxide is formed on at least one surface of the cathode collector. The anode includes an anode collector, and an anode active material-containing layer containing an anode active material containing an element capable of alloying with Li and at least one kind of a binder selected from a group consisting of polyimide, polyamideimide, and polyamide is formed on at least one surface of the anode collector. The anode collector has a 0.2% proof strength of 250 N/mm<SP>2</SP>or more, or a tensile strength of 300 N/mm<SP>2</SP>or more, and a surface roughness Rz of 0.6-10 μm on the basis of roughening treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
